LEADERSHIP
Dr. Lynnette Jenkins
Dr. Jenkins is a dynamic Executive Administrator with over 30 years of For Profit and Non-Profit experience. Throughout her professional career, Dr. Jenkins has developed a comprehensive level of expertise that is inclusive of Business Development, Policy Analysis, Finance and Budget, People Resources, as well as Operational Systems efficiency strategies that enable her to lead and execute high performance contract compliance through Culturally Competent, Trauma-Informed, and Operationally Transformational service delivery execution strategies. Through intensive networking, Dr. Jenkins has established a strong network of collaborative relationships with multiple community partners and government agencies as part of her Healthy Families and Homelessness Solutions efforts to restore all members of our communities to a higher quality of life while creating sustainable pathways that will achieve consistent exceptional outcomes. As a prolific academic advocate for education and informational development, Dr. Jenkins achieved her Doctorate of Macro System Social Work, Master of Public Administration and Master of Clinical Social Work from the University of Southern California and her Executive Master in Business Administration from London Business School.
Dr. Anita Anaduaka
Dr. Anaduaka is an Highly Skilled Educator and Social Service Administrator with over 25 years of vast teaching experience with a demonstrated expertise of working socio-economically challenged as well as system involved and behaviorally challenged populations throughout the education management industry. She is also a Skilled Group Home Administrator with significant experience in Trauma Informed Behavioral Wellness strategies, Social Work Leadership Services, Early Childhood Education, Classroom Management, Curriculum Development, Teacher Development Training, and Innovative Organizational Skills. Dr. Anaduaka has a strong education background that supports her diverse and exceptionally efficient skillset with a Masters of Social Work and a Masters in Business Administration achieved at California State University, Los Angeles. Dr. Anaduaka further strengthens her experiential and academic portfolio with a Juris Doctorate as well as a Doctorate in Business Administration and Education Leadership.
